We have our own unique population type - hooligans. Clear-cut guys have become representatives of a special category called "scum." This is a world that's different from others, with its own subcultures, traditions, and concepts. Scum has its own clothing style - pseudo-Adidas, caps, and sports pants, together with long-nosed shoes from Arabian tales. Scum knows how to dress, knows how to add a bright touch to everyday gray - whether it's the bride wearing an Adidas jacket over her wedding dress or the groom in sportswear at the registry office. Scum organizes official meetings, during which they sit on their haunches with a thoughtful look, spitting out sunflower seeds and washing them down with beer. They look greedily at the surrounding world - what if there's something to be found, will they find it? "Dude, why do you need that phone? Give it to me. And also - give me a cigarette. No, what?"
