Habit is nothing more than an established way of behavior whose realization in a certain situation acquires the character of a need and necessity for the individual, which in turn "motivates to perform some actions or deeds. Habit is not just some regular action, it is what many people simply cannot imagine a calm and normal life without. It is a need that must be satisfied. Habits can be different, let's consider some of them: in my opinion, a completely stupid and disgusting habit among many girls is being late; another habit among many people is not closing the door in summer when it's fifty degrees outside and the air conditioner is working inside. But, to be honest, these are just habits, and there is no harm in them. But there is another category of habits. Smoking causes habits that destroy us from the inside out, and sometimes harm those around us as well. Such habits can include smoking - this habit falls under the category of "I'm killing my lungs and stinking up the people around me, and I don't care that they have nothing to breathe"; then there's alcohol. It drives us to act bravely. The funniest thing is that many, though not all, drunk people are the most beautiful, youthful, unrealistically funny, and simply mind-blowing dancers. Well, of course, they only think that way when they're inebriated. Snapping your fingers isn't that scary, but it's always harmful because your hands shake childishly afterwards, as if you have to get sober. There are various ways of dealing with harmful habits, and one of the most effective is demotivators or photo memes. Of course, people also try to write things on bottles, draw smokers' bodies on cigarette packs - a spectacle that is not pleasant. But all of this is somehow irrelevant. Memes force us to think, because anything that's funny stays in our memory and makes us think about it more often. Recently, even the question "Bad habits?" has become commonplace when applying for a job, as employers need to know how adaptable their employee is and how much work time the employee will spend smoking breaks during the day. There is also another harmless habit in this regard - lying. In this specific situation, it could help you a little bit. To sum up, let's get rid of our harmful habits and take care of ourselves.
