The last couple of years have been marked by a series of significant events in the world of hi-tech, bringing us new gadgets, various accessories, telecommunications products, useful and not-so-useful internet resources, and sensible and not-so-sensible legislative initiatives in the sphere of communication. However, there have been no revolutions in the hi-tech industry, and everything has developed as usual.
But we cannot help noticing and, moreover, acknowledging the trend that constantly delights, entertains, and at least prevents boredom. Of course, these are our favorite memes floating around social media and other repositories of contemporary popular creativity. And as a rule, memes have categories, and naturally, the hi-tech category has firmly taken its place and found numerous fans.
It's a kind of mockery, in the literal sense of the word because only Russians can make both a soul and a chandelier out of a simple plastic bucket or make a cardboard box costume for their son. The funniest thing about this is that many not only take photos of their creations on their phones or cameras but also proudly share them all over the Internet.
The hi-tech category is interesting because people's ingenuity never ceases to amaze us. In childhood, we were taught: The best gift is a gift made with your own hands. So, it seems to me that many of us literally understood all this and still believe it. Although it has long been proven that the best gift is not something you can make with your own hands without leaving your apartment (except for small exceptions) but something purchased from a jewelry store or a car dealership for a lot of money. But on our century, there are enough "Kulibins," and they should be given their due because they are the engine of everything unusual and non-standard. And there are many followers among such people, and thanks to the Internet and social media, their popularity is constantly growing.
This is not so much a mockery of their creations but at least a tribute to their ingenuity. Memes are direct evidence of this because sometimes it is simply impossible to look at their masterpieces without a smile. It is also worth admitting that this does not offend anyone but, on the contrary, serves as a motivator for action. Therefore, one can confidently say: "Create and be famous," because sometimes it doesn't matter what you or they invented, and whether it is useful in everyday life. The main thing is that it should be from the heart and for people. So be trendy, invent, create, and do it with a smile and from the heart. And we, in turn, will appreciate it accordingly.
