At first, it was problematic to catch the Joker, but then our main hero caught and arrested him. Joker was soon sent to a mental clinic to treat his psyche, but he was released soon after, and he found a female partner who was crazily in love with him and executed all his whims. According to some reports, Joker had a wife, for whom he still worries to this day. Joker reportedly doesn't even know his own past, so these are just guesses...
